Our pages are optimized for all devices so they look great and are easy to use on mobile, tablet, or desktop. Save yourself the cost of building an app. We've already done it for you.

Online Registration

Regatta Toolbox is the fastest, most secure way to collect entry fees online. We accept payments with all major credit and debit cards (plus Apple Pay) in the currency of your choice.

We charge a small fee for each payment processed via Regatta Toolbox.

Pricing - $USD

  • 4% + processing
  • 2.5% + processing for charges of $250 or more volume discount
  • Fees are capped so you will never pay more than $10 + processing, even when collecting large entry fees extra savings
  • Merchandise sales are enabled and count toward the $250 threshold
  • Free to process refunds
  • Funds directly deposited into your connected account

Pricing - $CAD

  • 4% + processing
  • 2.5% + processing for charges of $330 or more volume discount
  • Fees are capped so you will never pay more than $12.50 + processing, even when collecting large entry fees extra savings
  • Merchandise sales are enabled and count toward the $330 threshold

E-Signatures

New We're proud to be the only regatta management platform that makes it easy to collect legally binding e-signatures as part of the online registration flow. We built this functionality to save both organizers and competitors a massive amount of time, hassle, and legal exposure. Learn more about e-signatures.

E-Signature Pricing

  • $1 USD per contract sent (or local currency equivalent)
  • We charge based on the number of contracts sent to competitors on your behalf. Typically this amounts to about $1 USD per entry, assuming as all crew members are added to the entry at the time of registration. If crew members are added after the initial registration we have to send additional e-signature requests to each new crew member, resulting in additional charges. Please check out the e-signatures pricing FAQ for more information and a few examples
